Fejerite - Sold

Fejerite (IMA2012-014), Cu4FCl(OH)6, is the fluoride analog of claringbullite. The mineral was first noticed in early 2008, but not chemically analyzed until 2010. The chemical analysis revealed a fluorine content not characteristic of claringbullite, hence a new mineral was proposed and accepted by the International Mineralogical Association. This is a representative example with a 4 mm patch of platy blue crystals in massive cuprite. There is also malachite present. Rare stuff!
