Paradamite - Sold

A fine thumbnail paradamite specimen, with paradamite crystals to 7 mm (across the diagonal) forming two bands running up gossan matrix. Some of the crystals on the edges of the specimen show minor chipping, as seen in the photography. There are a few scattered ojuelaite needles and a cluster of dull bladed adamite crystals towards the base of the specimen. This specimen was formerly in the Marion Godshaw collection, which Cal Graeber brought to market. Ron Pellar bought this specimen at the MSSC Show (Pasadena) in the early 1990s. This writer desired the piece, but lacked the necessary funds. However friendly interest in the disposition of the specimen allowed the writer to meet Ron Pellar for the first time. Ex Marion Godshaw, ex Ron Pellar collections.
