Quenselite - Sold

Quenselite is a lead manganese oxide, originally found at Långban (Flink, 1925). The mineral name honors Percy Quensel (1881-1966), professor at the Stockholms Högskola. This is fracture surface on hausmannite covered with black crystals to 2 mm.
This specimen was part of the personal collection of Ralph Merrill, proprietor of the prolific mail order business Minerals Unlimited. Merrill's collection card and label also ship with the specimen.
