Roscherite is a complex phosphate containing calcium, beryllium, and manganese. There many related species, distinguished by difficulty with careful X-ray diffraction study. This specimen features an open pocket, 25 by 15 mm, lined with roscherite aggregates to 2 mm. The matrix is a mica, possibly trilithionite, and a feldspar, likely microcline. This specimen came from the Joseph Urban collection, and bears his label.
