Rosasite with Smithsonite - Sold

Rosasite is a hydrous copper zinc carbonate related to malachite (Girgsdies & Behrens, 2012). The mineral name recalls the type locality: Miniera Rosas, Sardinia, Italy (Lovisato, 1908).

Rosasite here forms deep blue botyroids on limonite matrix, millimetric white smithsonite crystals provide contrast.
