Duftite - Sold

Duftite is a lead copper arsenate. The mineral was originally found at Tsumeb, and named in honor of the mine manager there (Pufahl, 1920). At this locality, duftite forms large olive green crystals with minor mimetite. The duftite crystals from the Mount Bonnie mine are typically curved, and this example shows better isolation and development than most examples. Duftite crystals are rare!
