Caledonite - Sold

Caledonite is a lead copper sulfate carbonate, named after Leadhills area of Scotland, once known as Caledonia (Anthony et al. 2005). Caledonite here forms gemmy crystals to 3 mm on a matrix of cerussite and quartz. While this specimen may fit into a 3 cm Perky box, it would certainly qualify as a "box buster."
